Did you know that Habitat for Humanity has a store that is open to the public?
DONATE Your New and Slightly Used Building Materials
SAVE $ by Purchasing Recycled Building Materials
"YOU help those in need ... twice."
The HomeStore of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis needs your donations.........of almost any items you take out of your home. Especially needed are doors, windows, cabinets (kitchen or other) and working appliances (stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers that are 10 years old or less). Any building or remodeling material that is in good shape can be recycled through the HomeStore, saving you disposal costs and providing you with a tax deduction opportunity as well. Here's the huge bonus! All your donations will go back into the community to help people improve the quality of their homes. The HomeStore resells your new or used items for 50% to 75% off typical retail prices. All operating profits from HomeStore go back into our community to provide the necessary resources for Habitat to build safe, decent affordable homes for our greater Indianapolis families.
The HomeStore provides donation pickup services once a week when scheduled in advance.
Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
